Who this policy covers
FareFlow ("we", "us") is a browser extension and web dashboard for travel agents. The FareFlow website, dashboard and extension are operated by Cabifyx Tech Private Limited ("the Company"). This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it is handled.
What stays in your browser
The work you do in the extension happens in your own browser: the fares read from your portals, your quotes, customer names, markups, saved quotes, watch lists and wallet balances are stored locally in your browser. They are not sent to FareFlow servers. FareFlow never asks for or stores your portal passwords; it uses the sessions you are already logged in with.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, mobile/WhatsApp number and agency name and address, when you register.
- Verification information: whether your email and phone have been confirmed.
- Plan and trial information: your trial dates, plan, and subscription status.
- Extension connection: when you connect the extension we store a random sign-in token (only a hash of it), the date it was created and last used. The extension asks our server once a day what your plan allows.
- Feedback and support messages: what you send us. If you choose to attach technical information it contains the extension version, browser, the portals you added and recent error messages, and never fares, customers, quotes or logins.
- Payment identifiers: when you subscribe, our payment gateway shares limited references with us (such as a subscription reference and payment status). We do not receive or store your card number or CVV.
Why we use it
To run the service and your account, to verify accounts and prevent misuse, to manage your free trial and subscription (including sending you trial reminders by email and in the product), to keep the service secure, to give support, and to improve the product.
Who we share it with
We share information only with providers that help us run FareFlow, such as our payment gateway, email delivery and hosting providers, and only what each needs. We do not sell your information.
Cookies and storage
We do not use tracking cookies. The website and extension use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your settings.
Retention and your choices
We keep account information while your account is active and for as long as needed for billing, legal and security reasons. You can ask us to correct or delete your account information by emailing hello@smartswipe.in. Removing the extension deletes the data held in your browser.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the current version.
