About FareFlow

FareFlow is software for travel agents: a Chrome extension and web dashboard that, with one search, reads the fares shown in the agent's own logged-in supplier portals, lets the agent compare them, add a markup and prepare a quote. FareFlow is operated by Cabifyx Tech Private Limited ("the Company", "we", "us"). By using the FareFlow website, dashboard or extension you agree to these Terms.

Your portals and your logins

FareFlow works only with portals you are already entitled to use and are logged in to in your own browser. It uses your existing session in your browser; it does not ask for, receive or store your portal passwords, and portal fares and wallet balances are read in your browser and are not sent to FareFlow servers. You are responsible for making sure your use of FareFlow is permitted by the terms of each portal you use it with.

FareFlow is not a supplier or authority

FareFlow is not an airline, a booking platform or a travel supplier, and it does not make bookings. Fares are shown as the portal displays them at the time of the search and can change or sell out at any time. Booking always happens on the portal. Fare watch alerts are a convenience and are not a guarantee of availability or price.

Your information and content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the quotes you prepare and send to your customers, including the markup you add. FareFlow helps you compare and format information; it does not verify it on your behalf.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation. A plan covers the number of users and portals shown on our pricing page.

Plans and subscriptions

FareFlow offers Starter and Pro monthly plans. Eligible agencies get one 7-day free trial with no card required; after it ends a paid plan is needed to keep using FareFlow. Subscription, cancellation and payment-failure handling are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse FareFlow, including attempting to interfere with the service, share one paid account across agencies that are not covered by the plan, access other users' data, or use FareFlow for unlawful purposes. Please do not use FareFlow in a way that places an unreasonable load on a portal. Fare watch is limited for this reason.

Intellectual property

FareFlow, its software, design and branding are owned by the Company. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of FareFlow to you. You keep ownership of your own business and customer data.

Availability and liability

We work to keep FareFlow reliable, but portals change their pages without notice and the extension may stop reading a portal until it is updated. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a fare, availability or price shown by a third-party portal.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. Continuing to use FareFlow after an update means you accept it.
